Microphone and listening
- Move to a quiet place and set your best microphone as the device default.
- Confirm microphone access is enabled and every participant has consented.
- In the native iOS app, an active session may continue if the screen sleeps or the app temporarily enters the background.
- When using CyraNote in a web browser, keep the page in the foreground while listening.
- If capture stalls, return to CyraNote and try stopping and starting the listening session again.
Interview Simulation and appropriate use
Interview Simulation helps job seekers practice answers, receive candid feedback, and prepare for realistic follow-up questions. Do not use CyraNote during an actual job interview, an official legal proceeding, or for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. AI output may be wrong, so verify important information independently.
Subscriptions and purchases
Open Account inside CyraNote to view usage, subscribe, restore purchases, or open Apple subscription management.
Delete your account
Open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. You can separately manage or cancel an active Apple subscription in Apple subscription settings.

Email support@villocitylabs.com with the device model, app version, and a brief description of the issue. Do not include private conversation audio or transcripts unless support explicitly requests them.
