These terms govern your use of CyraNote, a conversation-assistance service operated by Villocity Labs.
Consent and lawful use
You must obtain all legally required permissions from conversation participants before recording, transcription, speaker identification, or document processing. Do not use CyraNote to secretly monitor people, violate privacy rights, or process content you do not have authority to use.
Subscriptions
CyraNote Pro subscriptions purchased through Apple are charged to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple subscription settings.
AI output
CyraNote follows the principle “AI: Trust but Verify.” AI-generated transcripts, translations, factual checks, and guidance may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important information independently and do not use CyraNote to misrepresent facts or your own knowledge.
Prohibited high-stakes uses
Interview Simulation is for practice and preparation only. Do not use CyraNote for covert assistance during an actual job interview, during an official legal proceeding, or as a source of legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Accounts and availability
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Villocity Labs may limit or suspend access for abuse, security threats, unpaid subscriptions, or violations of these terms. Service availability and features may change as CyraNote improves.
